Posted by Amy Hempe on
For any of us, traveling can spur anxieties. Never mind where we are actually going: a beach vacation, a trip to the mountains, or some other spot designed for our relaxation. The actual act of getting there can cause tension. We have to pack our things, leave other things behind, and generally cause a state of chaos in the days before the trip.
